To initiate an organizer FMECA, many trainings are proposed. They are generally held for  2 to 3 days. The prices vary from 375 to 750 euros the day. Day one sticks to the method itself and the other days looks at the communication to be used “vis-à-vis” with the work group.

L’inversion

Si le cadre de référence est trop familier, alors il est difficile d’engendrer des idées nouvelles. Pour remédier à cela, on raisonne en inversant les termes des propositions (mode négatif). Puis on retourne au mode positif.

 

L’analogie

Le but est de transposer le thème de recherche dans un domaine différent mais assez similaire dans son fonctionnement.
