SIX SIGMA :
A global solution using the whole of the latter was created under name "Six Sigma". It is a method of control of the variability of the processes which is very much used in the current companies. In "Six Sigma", there do not exist new tools but it is the structuring in the use of the latter which is interesting. Indeed, they are integrated in the method in order to analyze the process and the causes of nonquality. Beyond a method of problem resolution, "Six Sigma" is a tool of the quality which falls under a step of management per project. But it is above all method of resolution for the problems which have been clearly identified.
SORAVV (To locate To observe Reflect To act To validate To lock) :
The method consists of defining the problem and its context (to locate), to confirm and quantify the problem (to observe), to analyze the problem (to reflect), to put action (to act), to check the effectiveness (to validate), to re-examine the organization to make sure that the action will be always implemented where the problem can occur (to lock).
PDCA :
It is an action plan which consists in planning the improvement (Plan), to make what was planned (Do), check what was made (Check), to act on the failing points (Act).
ISHIKAWA :
It is a diagram of causes and effects which makes it possible to classify and to visualize all the causes at the origin of a certain problem.
PARETO
It is a graphic method classifying in order descending the causes of a problem, in order to highlight the principal causes. It is founded on the following correlation: 20 % of the causes give 80 % of the effects.
